The new energy industry involves photovoltaic wind power, charging piles, energy storage etc. Therefore, CJM6Z/HU series high voltage AC/DC moulded case circuit breaker is developed by our company.
Features:
-CJM6HU series AC moulded case circuit breaker has 320A, 400A,630A,800A, 4 casecurrent from 63A-800A, rated working voltage up to AC1150V.
-CJM6HU series AC moulded case circuit breaker can break up to 50kA under AC800V voltage, which can reliably realize short circuit protection.
-CJM6Z series DC molded case circuit breakers have 320A,400A,630A,800A, 4 cases current from 63A-800A, rated working voltage up to DC1500V.
-CJM6Z series DC molded case circuit breaker can break up to 20kA under DC 1500V voltage, which can reliably realize short circuit protection.
Application environment
1. Ambient temperature:-35~70°C
2. Elevation of installation site:≤2500m.
3. Relative humidity: not exceeding 50% at the maximum ambient temperature of +40°C With the lower temperature, higher humidity would be permitted. E.g. when the relative humidity is 90% at the ambient temperature of 20°C,special measures should be taken tosolve the dews on the surface, which would appear due to the temperature change.
4. Pollution protection: 3 grade.
5. Installing categories: llI for breakers' main circuits.
6. The external magnetic field at the installation site of the circuit breaker should not exceed 5 times the geomagnetic field in any direction.
7. Breakers should be installed in the place without any explosive medium,conductivedust and can not corrode metal and destroy the insulation.
8. The entire series of circuit breakers can be installed horizontally (transverse) or vertically(upright).

Use and maintenance
1. Do not operate the circuit breaker with wet hands, otherwise electric shock accidents may occur.
2. Circuit breakers should not be operated frequently, otherwise it will shorten the service life of the circuit breaker.
3. Confirm that the terminal connections and fixing screws are securely fastened without any looseness.
4. Check if the wiring is correct.
5. Use a megohmmeter to measure insulation resistance between phases and betweenphases and ground.
6. Confirm if the circuit breaker phase partition is installed properly.
7. When installing a circuit breaker with an undervoltage release, the undervoltagerelease should be connected to the rated voltage before closing the circuit breaker, Thecircuit breaker is in the closed state.
8. Install circuit breakers with auxiliary and alarm contacts. When closing or opening thecircuit breaker, the auxiliary contact signal must be converted normally, press the emergencytrip button, and the alarm contact signal must be converted normally.
9. If the circuit breaker is equipped with an electric or manual operating mechanism, usethe operating mechanism to open and close 3-5 times,Ensure reliable and normal operation.
10. The various characteristics and accessories of the circuit breaker are set by themanufacturer and cannot be adjusted arbitrarily during use. Under the condition that theuser complies with the storage and use conditions, the circuit breaker seal shall be intactwithin 24 months from the date of shipment from the manufacturer. If the product isdamaged or cannot be used normally due to manufacturing quality issues, the manufactureris responsible for free replacement and repair.
